GV Governmentium

                        NEW ELEMENT DISCOVERED
Laurence Livermoore Labratories has confirmed the discovery of the heaviest
element yet known to science. The new Element, Governmentium (Gv), has one
neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy
neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312. This adds to the known LIST OF ELEMENTS.
    These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are
surrounded by vast quantities of LEPTON-like particles called peons. Unusually high
densities of Bosons, Winos, and massive, slow moving Wimps surround Gv, held together
with various species of Glueballs, all of which are surrounded by Sterile Neutrinos,
which add SPIN to every action within Governmentium, ( Gv); thus, with the use
of LIE super algebra , the Strange Quarks within Gv, can appear to be Charmed Quarks.
     Since Governmentium has no Electrons, it is inert; however, it can be detected,
because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount
of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a
second, to take from four days to four years to complete. Gv appears to be part of
the dark matter, and over time will consume all free space in the universe.
     Governmentium has a normal HALF_LIFE of 2- 6 years; it does not decay, but instead
undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy
neutrons exchange places. In fact, Governmentium's MASS will actually increase
over time, since each reorganization will cause more morons to become Neutrons,
forming isodopes.
     This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that
Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This
hypothetical quantity is referred to as CRITICAL morass.
When catalyzed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium , an element
that radiates just as much energy as Governmentium since it has half as many
peons but twice as many morons.
    In an effort to compete with the 60 mile long underground Large Hadron Collider
in Switzerland, built by CERN, the European Scientific Research Consortium,

Canada and the United States have collaborated research data from their nations' top

   The scientific research on Gv is of such VITAL importance, that National funding
has been SLASHED on all silly, and wasteful projects, such as schools, Colleges,
Universities, Hospitals, Medi-care, day care, railways, roads, transportation, airports,
workman's compensation, unemployment re-training programs, and all such useless
schemes.
    At the same time, the Executive Researchers in Gv have been given continued
increases in salary, every year, with hundreds of tax free benefits, and lifetime pensions
running into the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
